The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs to develop solutions that align with organizational strategies. The role involves business process reengineering, identifying innovative applications of technology to solve business problems, and improving overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user requirements.
  • Formulate system solutions that align with and support overall business strategies.
  • Lead and participate in business process reengineering initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and recommend innovative uses of technology to solve business challenges.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses (e.g., cost-benefit, ROI, buy vs. build).
  • Develop comprehensive descriptions of user needs, system functionalities, and steps required to design or modify programs.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design reviews, unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustainment, etc.).

QA Associate

We are seeking a QA Automation Analyst with strong expertise in automated and manual testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. The role involves developing and maintaining test scripts, preparing UAT test cases, aligning them with business requirements, and supporting Agile teams through test execution, defect management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute manual/automated test cases, plans, and scripts.
  • Conduct UAT, track execution, and provide progress reports.
  • Log and manage defects in Jira; maintain requirements traceability.
  • Perform SQL queries for data validation and CRUD operations.
  • Execute API testing (Postman, SOAPUI, JMETER) and automation (UFT).
  • Participate in regression, integration, performance, and system testing.
  • Collaborate with Agile scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Support defect troubleshooting across dev, test, and UAT environments.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years writing/executing test cases and plans.
  • 8+ years with SDLC, usability concepts, and requirements traceability.
  • 8+ years with Xray Test Management, SQL queries, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • 8+ years API testing (Postman, SOAPUI, JMETER) and automation (UFT).

  • 5 yrs: IT security auditing (network, IAM, endpoint, incident response).
  • 5 yrs: Communication/reporting—drafting audit reports, presenting findings to executives/legal, vendor engagement.
  • 5 yrs: Analytical/risk assessment—identifying gaps and making evidence-based recommendations.
  • 4 yrs: Vendor/third-party cybersecurity audits (due diligence, contract compliance).
  • 3 yrs: Policy/documentation review for security accuracy and completeness.

Experience

  • 3 yrs: Cloud security auditing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • 3 yrs: Incident response & breach assessment.
  • 3 yrs: Contract/SLA interpretation for IT & cybersecurity obligations.
  • 2 yrs: Government/regulatory vendor auditing (courts a plus).
  • 2 yrs: Executive-level presentation of technical findings.
