Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to design, implement, and maintain our hybrid IT infrastructure in a greenfield environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Active Directory (AD), Palo Alto firewalls, Meraki networking, Office 365 administration, and enterprise ERP/WMS systems within the automotive industry. This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure system reliability, security, and scalability while supporting business operations.

Responsibilities

• Design & deploy a hybrid Active Directory (AD) infrastructure from scratch in a greenfield environment, ensuring seamless integration with cloud and on-premises systems.
• Administer and secure network infrastructure, including Palo Alto firewalls, Meraki switches/Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations.
• Manage Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
• Support and optimize enterprise ERP/WMS systems specific to the automotive industry, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, and resolve issues related to servers, storage, and network devices.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, including patch management, vulnerability assessments, and compliance auditing.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT systems with business needs.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and mentor junior IT staff.
