Role Summary:
As a senior Business Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and digital transformation for United’s operational and customer-facing systems.

Responsibilities:
 • Analyze and improve business processes across departments
 • Gather and document functional requirements
 • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement tech solutions
 • Create reports and dashboards using tools like SQL, Excel, and Tableau
 • Lead or support projects from initiation to delivery

Qualifications:
 • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
 • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
 • Strong skills in data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder communication
 • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
 • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred

Nice to Have:
 • Airline, logistics, or transportation domain knowledge
 • Project management certification
