Description

We are seeking an experienced Databricks Architect to design, implement, and optimize scalable data and analytics solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms, data engineering, and big data technologies, with a focus on delivering high-performance, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-scale data architectures using Databricks.
• Lead the development of data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, and modern analytics platforms.
• Architect batch and real-time data ingestion pipelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, and application teams to define data strategies and roadmaps.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Establish data governance, security, compliance, and data quality standards.
• Optimize performance and cost efficiency across Databricks environments.
• Design data models supporting reporting, analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives.
• Implement CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, and DevOps methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to project teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and recommend best practices.
