We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support Technician with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including O365 administration and Active Directory. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end-users, primarily in Microsoft-based environments.
- Administer and manage Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, Teams, and related productivity tools.
- Maintain and support Active Directory, user/group permissions, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and respond to support tickets promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes including system setups.
- Document solutions, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing.
