We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support Technician with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including O365 administration and Active Directory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end-users, primarily in Microsoft-based environments.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, Teams, and related productivity tools.
  • Maintain and support Active Directory, user/group permissions, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and respond to support tickets promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes including system setups.
  • Document solutions, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing.
