We are launching a new enterprise-wide Learning Management System (LMS) to serve as a centralized hub for training and education for all employees and external partners. It is leading the effort to develop structured documentation and instructional content for its internal processes, with plans to extend this service to other state agencies as they onboard into the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and prioritize content requests based on business impact, scope, and urgency.
- Act as the primary point of contact, building partnerships with stakeholders to drive program enrollment and engagement.
- Develop and refine training materials that clearly explain programs, processes, and critical procedures.
- Ensure all Executive Branch employees understand key objectives through effective learning content.
- Address gaps in existing documentation by creating structured, easy-to-understand learning modules.
- Manage the full e-Learning lifecycle—intake, analysis, content development, QA testing, and deployment.
- Improve compliance and reduce confusion by making processes more accessible and user-friendly.
