We are seeking a skilled Microsoft IAM and MFA Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems within a Microsoft environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and seamless user authentication and access control across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Azure AD, Active Directory, and related technologies.
- Configure, implement, and manage Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions to enhance security and user experience.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Perform user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews using Microsoft IAM tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IAM and MFA systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to integrate IAM and MFA solutions with existing applications and services.
- Conduct regular audits of access controls and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest IAM and MFA trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with expertise in Microsoft IAM solutions.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Active Directory, and Microsoft MFA.
- Familiarity with IAM tools like Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or Azure AD Connect.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and managing conditional access policies in Microsoft environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with IAM/MFA system integrations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with security frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate.
