Description

The Mobile Technology Lead is responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-grade mobile applications using both hybrid and native technologies. This role leads mobile development teams, defines technical standards, ensures performance and security, and collaborates closely with product, UX, backend, and platform teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end mobile architecture using Ionic + Capacitor (hybrid) and Swift (native iOS)
• Define development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
• Drive decisions on performance, scalability, security, and maintainability

Development & Delivery

• Contribute hands-on to development and conduct code reviews
• Build and maintain Angular-based mobile applications
• Develop native plugins using Capacitor (camera, biometrics, storage, notifications, etc.)
• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and third-party SDKs
• Ensure compliance with App Store guidelines, security, and accessibility standards
