Overview
The OCM Consultant will play a critical role in a Finance Transformation initiative focused on AP Security & Automation. This project requires an experienced consultant who excels in change management and communication strategies, as well as training program development to support the transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Change Management (CM): Lead CM initiatives, including communication and stakeholder engagement, to facilitate a smooth transition throughout the finance transformation project.
Communication Planning: Develop and execute detailed communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Training Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs to enable users to adopt new processes and systems effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, finance leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather insights, align on goals, and manage expectations.
Project Documentation: Provide detailed documentation of OCM strategies, communication materials, training plans, and any other relevant project resources.
Hybrid Work Flexibility: Be prepared to work on-site at Willis Tower in Chicago on a flexible, hybrid schedule as needed for project demands.
