We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Program Manager  to lead and drive complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution. This role is responsible for aligning initiatives with business objectives, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple work streams.

Responsibilities:

• Define program scope, develop roadmaps, and establish milestones
• Drive cross-functional planning, coordination, and execution
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies
• Communicate program status, progress, and key updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program/project management (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies)
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Smartsheet
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability in risk assessment and change management
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable
