We are seeking a highly experienced and self-sufficient Senior Ethernet NIC Driver Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in developing and optimizing Ethernet NIC device drivers and a strong understanding of low-level system architecture and networking protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Ethernet NIC device drivers for operating systems such as Linux, Windows, or Darwin OS.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to enable seamless integration with Ethernet NICs, especially Broadcom controllers.
• Implement and optimize driver performance using advanced technologies such as ROCE, DPDK, and high-performance Ethernet protocols.
• Work closely with kernel and OS internals to fine-tune system-level performance, particularly in areas like NUMA, memory management, and PCIe.
• Diagnose and resolve complex driver issues in low-latency, high-throughput environments.
