Responsibilities

Software Acquisition & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end software procurement, including vendor negotiations, budgeting, and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and oversee renewals
• Maintain accurate license inventories and entitlement records
• Monitor software usage to optimize costs and meet organizational requirements

Asset Management & Support

• Administer software change management in alignment with IT standards
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support
• Process requests for approved software and provide user assistance
• Research and resolve technical inquiries using available resources

Process & Documentation

• Adhere to IT processes, standards, and governance policies
• Document resolutions and maintain service records
• Identify and escalate critical issues requiring immediate attention
• Generate reports and communicate software status to stakeholders
