You will be performing the following Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SOX IT controls across new technology projects and system developments.
- Partner with project teams to integrate control requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
- Document SOX control narratives and conduct operating effectiveness testing for in-scope systems.
- Serve as the SME for SOX compliance within the SDLC, advising on control design, risk mitigation, and audit readiness.
- Coordinate audit walkthroughs, evidence collection, and testing with internal and external auditors.
- Collaborate with Global Architecture, Engineering, and Product teams to assess SOX impact for new technologies.
- Track and remediate control deficiencies, ensuring timely and sustainable resolutions.
- Support quarterly SOX certifications and management attestations for new systems.
- Maintain centralized compliance documentation for audits and reporting.
- Provide metrics and reporting on SOX program health, control coverage, and remediation status.
- Educate project teams and control owners on SOX best practices.
