We are seeking a skilled TIBCO Developer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TIBCO BW (BusinessWorks), EMS, and API-led integrations to support business operations and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), EMS, and other TIBCO tools.
• Work on API development, microservices, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of TIBCO applications.
• Maintain and enhance TIBCO middleware and messaging services to ensure seamless communication between systems.
• Implement best practices for integration design, security, and governance.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to relevant teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of SOA, REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with TIBCO API Management and integration with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting languages for integration development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
