Description

We are seeking a skilled Varicent Developer to join our team to support the design, development, and implementation of Varicent-based Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Varicent (formerly IBM ICM), strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Varicent ICM solutions to support compensation plans.
• Develop complex logic using Varicent components such as calculations, tables, workflows, and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for compensation processes.
• Optimize existing Varicent models and calculations to improve performance and maintainability.
• Develop ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into Varicent from source systems.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document technical specifications, solution design, and configuration details.
