Description

We’re hiring a Senior Data Analyst with strong Workday data validation and migration expertise to support enterprise-level transformation projects in the financial services sector. This role involves hands-on data profiling, validation, and source-to-target mapping, with a focus on ensuring data integrity across Workday (HRIS/HCM) and ideally UKG WFM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data validation, migration, and profiling activities for Workday implementations
• Develop source-to-target mapping documents, test cases, and perform end-to-end quality checks
• Work closely with stakeholders to secure signoffs and ensure alignment on business requirements
• Leverage advanced MS Excel skills (macros, functions, toolkits) to analyze and validate large datasets
• Navigate and interpret Workday and UKG WFM system configurations and data structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and ensure data readiness
