Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday Finance Configuration Specialist to support tenant configuration and maintenance within the Workday Financial Management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday Financials and hands-on experience configuring and supporting core financial modules. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Workday support to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable configuration practices.

Responsibilities:

• Support configuration and maintenance of Workday Financials tenant across modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Expenses.
• Perform tenant configuration updates, including setup of business processes, validation rules, and security roles.
• Assist with testing and deployment of Workday updates, patches, and new features.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and collaborate with Workday support and internal teams for resolution.
• Monitor tenant performance and identify areas for optimization or improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and documentation requirements.
• Provide functional expertise and recommendations for process improvements.
