Description

We are looking for a hands-on Java Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. This role requires strong expertise in modern Java ecosystems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms, along with experience in legacy modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical skills with leadership capabilities to guide distributed teams and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Drive microservices-based architecture and modern API-driven development
• Participate in or lead mainframe/legacy modernization programs
• Design and implement rule-based systems using Drools
• Work with workflow platforms (e.g., AppWorks) to build business process solutions
• Develop and enhance user-facing portals with a strong focus on user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and DevOps
• Lead and mentor distributed/offshore teams; ensure delivery excellence
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud, including AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Utilize NoSQL and document-based databases for scalable data solutions
• Integrate AI tools and practices to accelerate SDLC (code generation, testing, automation, etc.)
